MCM CATALOGUE (1994). Size: 3.5" x 2.5"

Gift of Angel/MiniatureBooksUSA

SEARS ROSEBUCK AND CO. CATALOG Replica of the Antique Original. Size: 1.75" x 2.25"

MINIATURE PROSPECTUSES (& Other Marketing Material): M-Z

These prospectuses are listed in the alphabetical order of the publishers' names--featured are prospectuses (some in the guise of miniature-sized publications), catalogs, and other related materials (Footnoted nos. denote sources).

The list for Publishers whose names begin with A-L are listed HERE.

This list is for Publishers whose names begin with M-Z.

I have also decided to collect Prospectuses and other marketing material for Miniature Books. I love how some prospectuses are also in miniature! I think prospectuses are a great way to learn and share information about miniature books, but they often have their own charm, as you will see below.

(This is a site-in-progress that will be updated over time with each addition.)

Prospectus] for Mother Goose Nursery Rhymes:
Miniature Book.  3 1/8 x 2 1/16 inches.  Printed on a single sheet of special gray-toned paper with 5 folds, leaving 6 panels, small hole cut out of front cover allows the reader to see an image of mother Goose on the second inside panel, printing on both sides of the sheet; the final rear panel has some rubbing to the paper.  Very Good.  Philip and Anna Morrison printed their first miniature book, Mother Goose Nursery Rhymes, in 1998.  This Prospectus gives the dimensions, a few illustrations, a sample page, and full details on the production and pricing of the book.  The actual book itself is described in Bradbury, Twentieth Century US Miniature Books, Shoestring Press, No. 1, page 277.
